SCOTTISH TOUR: FROM THURSO TO ULLAPOOL

... I thought I had seen it all, or nearly so, of Scotland!!!
The journey we have crossed from Thurso to reach Ullappool left me speechless once again, between stunning landscapes and beautiful scenery characterized by unspoilt nature.
Along the road we have traveled, mostly a single carriageway, we saw sheep and tipical hairy cows, free and unfence... just too wild!
For our seventh day we visited the beautiful white beaches, beautiful coves (Smoo Cave), Durness, the waterfalls (Corrieshalloch Gorge) and the town of Ullapool, small but very pretty.
Today and tomorrow we will be in Glasgow for our last two days here in Scotland, as always I keep you updated about my social pages (facebook, twitter and instagram => @elisataviti) and of course here on the blog! :)

… Ed io che credevo di aver già visto tutto, o quasi, della Scozia!!!
Il tragitto che abbiamo percorso da Thurso per raggiungere Ullappool mi ha lasciata ancora una volta senza parole, tra paesaggi mozzafiato e scenari incantevoli caratterizzati da una natura selvaggia.
Lungo la strada che abbiamo percorso, per la maggior parte ad unica carreggiata abbiamo avvistato pecore e le tipicissime mucche dal pelo lungo, libere e senza recinzioni... davvero troppo wild!!!
Per il nostro settimo giorno abbiamo visitato le meravigliose spiagge bianche, le bellissime grotte (Smoo Cave), Durness, le cascate (Corrieshalloch Gorge) e la cittadina di Ullapool, piccolina ma davvero molto molto carina.
Oggi e domani saremo a Glasgow per i nostri ultimi due giorni qua in Scozia, ma come sempre vi terrò aggiornati sulle mie pagine social ( facebook, twitter e instagram => @elisataviti) e ovviamente qui sul blog! :)
